Company Description

Established in 2000, Anderson Global combines the expertise of five trusted corporate services brands and has a worldwide team of over 600 professionals. We assist leading entrepreneurs and investors in building their businesses from the ground up, creating a foundation for strategic, sustainable growth.

As part of our continued focus on innovation and operational excellence, we are embedding AI and intelligent automation into the heart of our operations to drive smarter decisions, leaner workflows, and scalable growth.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical AI Process Innovation Analyst to join our technology team and lead the discovery of high-impact AI and automation opportunities across our business. This role will work closely with operational teams to uncover manual processes, identify inefficiencies, and surface opportunities where AI can unlock transformative impact across operations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of business processes, a problem-solving mindset, and familiarity with modern automation and GenAI tools. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a high-impact transformation effort from day one, working across teams to drive meaningful change and deliver real operational value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business units to observe workflows, decision points, and inefficiencies
  • Map and document end-to-end processes using tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or BPMN
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI and automation based on feasibility and ROI
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to scope use cases and shape prototypes
  • Translate discovery findings into clear, actionable use case briefs
  • Contribute to iterative delivery cycles and continuous refinement of the discovery process

Qualifications

  • Experience in business process analysis, consulting, or operations
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias for simplification and action
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Power Platform, Zapier, or RPA
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

You don’t need to be a technical AI expert — just curious, business-savvy, and ready to lead discovery where meaningful change begins.
