We are a fully remote company based in the US with regular opportunities to get together in person. Travel may also be required.

Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled researcher to join our growing team. In this multi-functional role, you will be responsible for supporting and conducting consumer insights research across the whole project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Supporting ongoing quick qualitative research programs
• Supporting survey design, discussion guide development, or interview notetaking
• Helping with data analysis and visualization using Excel or survey tools
• Creating slides, charts, and deliverables that tell a compelling story
• Conducting secondary research to inform client briefs or strategies
• Collaborating with a team of researchers, strategists, and creatives

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience
• Background in relevant fields (business, marketing, sociology, psychology, data science, design, etc.)
• A college degree required

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research
• Unafraid of spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Survey tools)
• Experience with presentation design (e.g., Google Slides, Figma, Canva)
• Experience with Google Workspace

Compensation

• Salary Range: $75-90k, depending on experiences
• Regular opportunities for Bonus
