What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and track North America store plans, including support of the annual planning process.
  • Manage forecasting for new stores and renovations, serving as key point of contact for cross-functional partners on new store initiatives.
  • Partner with North America store teams to fully understand qualitative business trends and communicate insights to corporate stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly performance reports, including detailed recaps for new and renovated stores.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of daily sales plans by store.
  • Coordinate global sales plan reporting and ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Partner with the Sr Store Planner to implement new tools and processes to support the store teams.
  • Support ongoing process documentation and data accuracy.
  • Independently manage assigned projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines and maintaining high accuracy.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Analytics or related field preferred)
  • 2-5 Years of Experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to interpret data
  • Advance Excel proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modelling)
  • Familiarity with Tableau is a plus
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Comfort working with evolving processes and contributing to process improvements
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Exposure to automation and AI tools (copilot) is a plus
