Now Hiring: Assessment Analyst – TS/SCI (Pentagon, Arlington, VA)

Federal Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Assessment Analyst to provide enterprise-level assessment and analysis support for our Department of Defense client.

In this role, you’ll produce executive-level reports, conduct strategic research and daily analysis, and deliver data-driven insights to inform decision-making and long-term planning at the highest levels.

🔍 What You’ll Do:
Develop and present executive-level reports and briefs to senior DoD leadership
Conduct in-depth analysis to guide strategic resource planning
Provide expert guidance on analytic methodologies and data-driven decision support
Collaborate across departments to align assessments with strategic objectives

💡 What We’re Looking For:
Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field
3–5 years of experience in assessment and analysis
Proficiency with Qlik, Power BI, and SharePoint integration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
