Preferred experience/skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience leveraging ServiceNow for IT Asset Management capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to support project demands is expected.

Incumbent should be located anywhere within the Arvest 4 State Footprint (AR, KS, MO, OK).

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the IT Manager, the Asset Management Analyst supports the delivery of financial analytics and logistical acquisition of hardware and software assets for Arvest Bank. The Asset Management Analyst assists management in working with internal and external customers to ensure lifecycle management of assets, financial review and reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Coordinates asset servicing and reporting responsibilities with internal departments to ensure proper tracking and timely and accurate reporting.
  • Reviews, prepares and distributes monthly, quarterly and annual Asset/Fund Level reports for management. Responds to inbound inquires, as necessary.
  • Performs process quality analysis and recommends updates to existing processes for optimal utilization of hardware and software assets.
  • Creates workflow diagrams to document current and future lifecycle management processes for Asset Management.
  • Works closely with ITSM Management and Field Services to perfect and utilize our Asset Management software to its fullest extent.
  • Performs regular audits of asset inventory, clearly communicates findings for all analyses and reconciles inventory as directed by the IT Manager and to meet internal audit requirements.
  • Represents Asset Management in discussions that require involvement with external vendors and internal management groups.
  • Actively seeks opportunities for cost containment and assist management in budgeting and forecasting suggestions for IT asset cost centers.
  • Develops and maintains department’s Max site. Ensures data on site is current, relevant and beneficial.
  • Understands and complies with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank’s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to the duties of the job. This includes but is not limited to; completes compliance training and adheres to internal procedures and controls; reports any known violations of compliance policy, laws or regulations and reports any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Banking, Finance or a similar field of study or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • 2 years of combined, relevant experience in business analysis, finance, accounting or purchasing required.
  • Proficiency in Excel preferred.
