About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support executiveâlevel communication, strategic reporting, and analytical initiatives within a Vendor Information Risk Management organization. This role plays a key part in shaping executive narratives, creating highâimpact presentations, and translating complex procurement and risk data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
The ideal candidate combines strong executive communication skills with handsâon experience in procurement, vendor management, and risk analysis, and thrives in a highly collaborative, fastâpaced environment.

What Youâll Do
Executive Communication & Presentation Development
- Create clear, compelling, executiveâlevel presentations for senior leadership, steering committees, and crossâfunctional forums
- Develop strategic narratives, talking points, and written communications that summarize insights, recommendations, and program updates
- Maintain standardized templates, visuals, and communication frameworks to ensure consistency and quality
Business Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze vendor, procurement, and risk metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and leadershipâready reports
- Conduct gap analyses, business process reviews, and workflow assessments
Procurement & Vendor Risk Support
- Support procurement initiatives, including supplier evaluations, cost analysis, and process optimization
- Assist with vendor risk assessments by collecting, synthesizing, and documenting performance, controls, and compliance data
- Align analysis with vendor risk management policies and regulatory expectations
CrossâFunctional Collaboration
- Partner with teams across procurement, risk, compliance, technology, and operations
- Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and track followâups
- Ensure requirements and insights are translated into executiveâready outputs

- Create and update executiveâlevel presentations and reports
- Analyze vendor, procurement, and risk data to produce actionable insights
- Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and leadership metrics
- Support vendor risk assessments and compliance documentation
- Track regulatory or vendorârelated issues and escalate risks as needed
- Document processes, findings, and meeting outcomes
- Maintain reporting standards, templates, and visuals

đŻ Required Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field

3+ years of experience in business analysis, procurement, vendor management, or risk management
- Demonstrated experience producing executiveâlevel presentations and written communications
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data storytelling
- Understanding of procurement lifecycles, vendor onboarding, and thirdâparty risk frameworks
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problemâsolving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
