Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex business analysis and process improvement
Gather, document, and validate business requirements and user stories
Support Agile sprint teams, UAT, and SDLC activities
Develop test plans, execute test cases, and track testing status
Collaborate with program staff, Product Owner, and stakeholders
Required Experience:
8+ years as a Business Analyst
Strong experience with Agile, UAT, testing tools, and technical documentation
Medicaid systems experience (MMIS required)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with MS Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
Preferred:
Knowledge of Texas Medicaid & PASRR
Experience with Long-Term Care Online Portal (LTCOP)
