Aukazi is seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst with hands on experience in Microbiology, Quality Control, Quality Assurance or a related field to support a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations deployment. You will play a key role in the design, implementation and optimization of the D365 Finance and Operations Quality module. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure the ERP solution meets operational needs and global standards. Your expertise in Quality will help streamline operations, reduce costs and improve overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

ERP implementation and configuration

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document and analyze functional requirements
• Translate requirements into effective D365 Finance and Operations solutions including configuration and integration design with the Quality module
• Support implementation, resolve complex issues and handle operational escalations
• Contribute to the global rollout with a focus on the Quality module
• Configure modules in line with global best practices and business needs

Stakeholder management

• Work with cross functional teams including Customer Service and Warehouse, Procurement, Production, IT and Finance to ensure smooth deployment and integration
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and solution validation sessions

Training and documentation

• Develop and deliver training materials and user sessions to drive adoption
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations and user guides

Data management and reporting

• Collect plant data in the proper format for migration to D365 Finance and Operations
• Partner with reporting teams to build reports and dashboards that provide actionable Quality insights

Testing and compliance

• Develop and execute test plans to validate configurations and integrations
• Confirm the Quality module meets business requirements
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and processes within the ERP

Required

• Bachelor degree in Microbiology, Quality Control, Quality Assurance or related field
• Four to five years of experience in Microbiology, Quality Control, Quality Assurance or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Assets

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Experience with any ERP
• Hands on experience with a Laboratory Information Management System
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI or other reporting tools
