We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Zeta/MarTech platforms to join our team in Portland, OR (Onsite – Locals Only). This role is critical to driving the migration and implementation of the Zeta platform, transforming our core marketing technology stack.
🔹 Role: Business Analyst – Marketing Platform Tools (Zeta/MarTech)
🔹 Location: Portland, OR (Onsite – Need Local)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Gather & analyze requirements for Zeta platform migration
✔ Perform data mapping and ensure consistency across systems
✔ Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories & process flows
✔ Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors & technical teams
✔ Support SIT/UAT testing & validate data during migration
✔ Create documentation in JIRA/Confluence
✔ Ensure smooth post-implementation stabilization
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ 10+ years as a Business Analyst in Martech/digital platforms
✅ Strong knowledge of Zeta platform (APIs, modules, integrations)
✅ Experience in large-scale system migrations
✅ Expertise in data mapping, SQL & data validation
✅ Excellent documentation & stakeholder management skills
✅ Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, Visio
