About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Business Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Data Operations and a passion for optimizing data-driven processes. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, analyzing data flows, and supporting process improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for various processes.
- Analyze and map data flows to ensure efficient and accurate data movement across systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed process flow documentation.
- Perform advanced SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data (Note: This is not a SQL development role).
- Support data operations initiatives and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in data-heavy roles, particularly within Data Operations.
- Strong understanding of data movement and data lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience in process flow design and analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL querying for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Loan industry or financial services sector.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
