We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong supply chain & retail systems exposure to support enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze business needs, and deliver robust solutions leveraging Blue Yonder (BY) Commits, BY DSS, and IBM Sterling OMS.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across order management and supply chain processes
• Collaborate on enhancements, configuration, and solution design using BY Commits, BY DSS, and Sterling OMS
• Identify system gaps, data inconsistencies, workflow issues, and recommend optimized solutions
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and process flows
• Support production issues, troubleshoot integration failures, and ensure seamless system performance
• Assist in testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, and regression for new functionality or fixes
• Partner with engineering, operations, and product teams to align technology with business goals
• Maintain strong communication across stakeholder groups, ensuring transparency and timely updates
• Drive continuous process improvements within fulfillment, order routing, and supply chain operations
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and maintain documentation aligned with enterprise SDLC standards
🧠 Required Skills & Experience:
• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in retail, supply chain, or e-commerce domains
• Strong hands-on experience with:
– BY (Blue Yonder) Commits
– BY DSS (Distributed Order Services)
– Sterling OMS
• Deep understanding of order lifecycle, supply chain workflows, and system integrations
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience working in hybrid Agile environments
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline
