Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for improving systems that serve the public? We’re looking for two senior-level Business Analysts to join our client.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business and system requirements
Work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to bridge business needs and technical solutions
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide system training
Troubleshoot system issues and propose actionable solutions
Review complex project deliverables and make strategic recommendations
✅ Required Skills:
8+ years in a Business Analyst role
Strong background in UAT, training, and stakeholder communication
Experience with system troubleshooting and improvement
Ability to manage project risk and drive results
Previous WIC or government project experience is a plus
