We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
Gather & document business requirements via stakeholder interviews/workshops
Analyze current processes & suggest improvements (hashtag#Oil & hashtag#Gas experience )
Translate business needs into functional specifications
Facilitate communication between business & IT teams
Support solution design & validate proposed changes
Conduct feasibility studies & impact analysis
Assist in UAT & change management
Monitor project progress & ensure alignment with business goals
