What You'll Do:
- Gather and define business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis across manufacturing and operations teams.
- Analyze and improve business processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing ERP or system-based solutions to increase productivity.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and support ERP and third-party application solutions that align with business needs.
- Support testing activities, including developing test cases, validating results, and ensuring final solutions meet functional and business expectations.
- Create and maintain clear documentation such as use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and audit-related materials.
- Drive change management and user adoption by delivering training, resolving ERP-related issues, and providing ongoing application support.
What Experience You'll Have:
- 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., IFS, Oracle, SAP), including configuration, implementation, support, and process optimization within manufacturing and operations environments.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, create functional specs, and support end-to-end testing (validation, verification, UAT).
- Strong data analysis skills using tools like PL/SQL, Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, and proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI and SSRS.
- Familiarity with ERP-related technologies such as RESTful APIs, .NET, Java, C#, XML, SQL queries, and data migration processes.
- Deep understanding of ERP modules including Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash, and Supply Chain.
- Experience with ERP application security, SOD controls, and business-to-business (B2B) integration technologies such as EDI (a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint) and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
