We’re seeking a Business Analyst with strong HRIS expertise to support a large-scale Workday HCM implementation for 70,000 state employees, replacing PeopleSoft HCM.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Data conversion & validation from legacy systems to Workday
Test plan development & execution
Requirements traceability & documentation
HR systems support (Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Core HR)
User training & stakeholder liaison
🔹 Required Skills:
4+ years HRIS implementation/admin experience
Large-scale data conversion experience
Strong Excel, SQL & data analysis skills
Excellent communication & documentation abilities
⭐ Preferred:
Workday HCM experience
PeopleSoft HCM background
Public sector technology support experience
