Business Analyst, AI Solutions - Remote in Canada

Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Managing the AI solutions request intake process through Freshservice (OneSupport), ensuring all submissions are properly triaged and categorized
• Conducting discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes, pain points, and desired outcomes
• Documenting detailed business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria for AI and automation solutions
• Creating user stories and maintaining the product backlog in collaboration with development team leads
• Performing process mapping and analysis to identify high-value automation and AI opportunities across business units
• Developing business cases including effort estimates, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI projections for proposed AI solutions
• Conducting feasibility assessments in collaboration with the AI Architect to evaluate technical viability of proposed solutions
• Tracking and reporting on realized benefits post-implementation to validate business case assumptions
• Maintaining the automation opportunity pipeline and supporting portfolio prioritization decisions
• Serving as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders throughout the AI solution delivery lifecycle
• Contributing to executive dashboards and reporting on AI program intake, delivery, and value metrics

The value you bring

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst with focus on technology or automation projects
• Ability to communicate effectively in a corporate environment and qualify technical request from both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
• Experience with requirements management and Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Freshservice)
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI); understanding of AI/ML concepts and automation technologies
• Analytical thinking, stakeholder management, communication (written and verbal), facilitation, problem solving, attention to detail, business acumen, results focus

• Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

• Compensation Range: $50,000 - $80,000
