About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll have a dynamic role combining operations, sales and marketing. You’ll help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, but you’ll also play a key role in driving customer acquisition, vendor engagement and campaign execution. This is an ideal role for someone who wants broad exposure and the opportunity to help shape a growing startup.
We are hiring for both full-time and internship positions based in Vancouver, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work.
Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
- Oversee daily order processing, vendor coordination and delivery execution.
- Ensure smooth communication with customers and vendors, resolving issues quickly.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows.
Marketing & Sales
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
- Support sales initiatives including lead generation, outreach, proposals and closing opportunities.
- Create content for customer communications (email, social media, promotional materials).
- Track and analyze campaign and sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with vendors on joint marketing activities to increase visibility and sales.
Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and present reports on KPIs (sales, customer satisfaction, vendor engagement, operations).
- Provide data-driven recommendations to management on marketing effectiveness and sales conversion.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business operations, sales, or marketing support (startup/marketplace experience an asset).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms, CRM tools or digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The expected salary range for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 CAD. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands and internal pay parity.
