Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Optimize financial tools and support new IT process development using statistical analysis and predictive modeling
  • Enhance cost breakdown and performance tools to deliver preprocessed data to business areas and projects
  • Translate user needs into functional specs for automation and business solutions, prioritizing by impact and feasibility
  • Analyze financial workflows to identify improvement opportunities and boost efficiency
  • Use ERP systems, SQL, and MS Power tools to generate insights and enhance processes
  • Recommend and design automated solutions to streamline financial processes and ensure system integration
  • All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

Are you ready to fly your career with us? Know more about the requirements below:

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • Master’s degree desirable
  • 2–3 years’ experience in Business Analytics or related field required
  • Fluency in English required; German skills desirable
  • Strong knowledge of aviation, process optimization, statistics, and business analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, SQL, Power BI
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented, cost-conscious, and mathematically proficient
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability under pressure
  • Willingness to travel and handle high stress levels
  • Assessment screening may be required
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
