Windward Risk Managers continues to expand, and we’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Business Analyst who thrives on solving problems, building solutions, and improving operational systems.

This is a remote role where you'll collaborate across teams, partner with developers, enhance business processes, and drive meaningful change across our organization.

✔ P&C experience, specifically Florida Residential & Commercial

At Windward Risk Managers, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Property & Casualty (P&C) Business Analyst to play a key role in enhancing our operational systems. In this role, you'll work across departments to gather and refine business system requirements, collaborate with software developers, and contribute to the research, design, testing, and implementation of critical solutions.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for systems and processes.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including workflows, use cases, and business rules.
  • Lead efforts to implement approved system changes, including documenting requirements and obtaining sign-off.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, digging into lower environments to identify root causes and drive solutions to completion.
  • Lead projects and provide regular, actionable status reports.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, developers, quality assurance analysts, and other team members.
  • Ensure an exceptional Customer Experience with clear, concise communication with stakeholders and continuous process improvements.
  • Write and execute detailed test plans, track technical issues, and coordinate necessary fixes.
