Work Model: Hybrid — currently 2 days onsite / 3 days remote; changing to 4 days onsite / 1 day remote in June 2026

Contract Duration: 37.5 hrs/week, Monday–Friday

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will support Digital Wealth initiatives by leading requirements analysis and delivery for platform enhancements, regulatory work, BAU maintenance, and vendor development. This role works closely with Product, Strategy, UI/UX, Development, and QA teams within an Agile IT delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, prioritization, and walkthroughs.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions and Agile ceremonies with Product Owner support.
• Maintain reusable requirements documentation aligned to enterprise standards in Confluence.
• Partner with UI/UX to design and refine client-facing web application pages.
• Provide continuous support to developers and QA throughout build and testing phases.
• Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements.
• Mentor junior BAs and support continuous improvement within the BA practice.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years BA/BSA experience in Agile project delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong, hands-on capabilities in requirements elicitation, documentation, testing, and planning.
• Brokerage / Investments / Wealth Management / Personal Finance domain knowledge.
• Experience supporting client-facing web application development (preferably in a major FI).
• Experience working on mid-to-large projects (> $1M).
• Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence, FIGMA, MURAL, Excel, Postman.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice-to-Have

• Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis.
• Experience in large enterprise digital projects.
• Knowledge of AODA and WCAG accessibility standards.
