Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Murex expertise to support front-to-back capital markets initiatives. The role involves collaborating with Front Office, Risk, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to deliver platform enhancements, regulatory changes, and new product implementations within the Murex (MX.3/MX.4) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Murex-related projects.
• Work on front-to-back implementations, including trade capture, risk, and settlement workflows.
• Support regulatory change programs and new product onboarding within Murex.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Murex configuration and functionality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ Years of Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets.
• Strong hands-on experience with Murex (MX.3/MX.4).
• Solid understanding of capital markets products:
• FX, Rates, IR Derivatives
• Credit, Equities
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle and valuation concepts.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Murex integration with risk and finance systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting capital markets.
• Familiarity with Murex configuration and testing processes.
