About the Role:
We’re seeking an eForms/WebUpload Business Systems Analyst to work with development, business, and testing teams, defining top-level requirements for complex software systems. This role involves business process design, documentation, SQL data analysis, and managing multiple projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Key Requirements:
✔ 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
✔ Strong problem-solving skills
✔ Experience creating functional documentation, best practices, and troubleshooting guides
✔ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
💡 Highly Desired: Prior Tax industry experience
