Conduct requirements gathering sessions for Guidewire projects.
Perform business process analysis and create documentation (workflows, functional specs, user stories, system designs).
Lead gap analysis between current systems and business needs.
Act as a liaison between business, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Apply strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge with Guidewire PolicyCenter expertise.
Collaborate on solution design, maximizing out-of-the-box Guidewire features.
Work in Agile SCRUM environments with effective communication across audiences.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills.
