Role: Business Data Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Contract: 12 Months with possibilities of extension

Hybrid: 3 Days in the office

Job Description:

• Analyze complex business and regulatory requirements and translate them into data and reporting specifications.
• Develop, validate, and optimize SQL queries to support data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting needs.
• Support regulatory reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Work with large datasets across multiple source systems to perform data validation, lineage analysis, and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business rules, metrics, and reporting logic.
• Support implementation and enhancement of OFSAA modules, including data mapping, rule validation, and reporting outputs.
• Participate in UAT and production validation, supporting defect analysis and resolution.
• Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, data dictionaries, and validation reports.
