We are seeking a highly analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to serve as the strategic data partner for our Parcel Systems & Transportation team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex carrier data sets and executive decision-making. You will be responsible for the end-to-end analytics lifecycle—from ingesting carrier data to building sophisticated analytics that optimize carrier mix, delivery speed, and margin. This is not just a reporting role; you will help build the "Control Tower" that allows Stord to meet its strategic parcel goals.

What You’ll Do

• Control Tower Construction: Build the parcel systems analytics framework, creating analytics for all key metrics relating to parcel systems.
• Billing & Cost Assurance: Develop automated auditing tools that monitor various margin leakage and overcharge issues relating to invoicing and billing.
• Data Integrity: Partner with tech teams to build a scalable strategy and roadmap for data requirements.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically within Logistics, Transportation, or E-commerce.
• Deep understanding of Parcel concepts: Knowledge of carrier rate structures, zones, dimensional weight, and accessorial charges is highly preferred.
• Technical Stack: Expert SQL skills (extracting from complex schemas) and proficiency in BI visualization tools (Omni, Looker, or Tableau). Experience with Google BigQuery is a strong plus.
• Experience cleaning and structuring data from TMS and WMS systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query) for ad-hoc modeling.

• Experience with Python/R for advanced logistics modeling and simulation.
• Experience transitioning data reporting from legacy systems to modern BI stacks.
