We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI) to join our team!



About The Role

  • Define metrics and dimensions to describe underlying data
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources (examples: Netsuite, Salesforce, GA, Marketo)
  • Build necessary data models to support BI reporting
  • Create data visuals and build high quality BI reporting to deliver insight
  • Review data to ensure high integrity
  • Proactively engage with internal teams—conduct in-depth research, shadow their workflows, and interview key stakeholders to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and drive strategic insights
  • Solve problems while aligning with internal teams to solve/implement processes that enable teams to achieve their goals
  • Suggest solutions to processes to drive more efficiency and scalability

About You

  • Expert level in Power BI
  • Significant experience delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions—including data ingestion, transformation (Power Query), DAX optimization, and stakeholder-driven dashboard design
  • Significant experience working with Internal Customers (Sales, Marketing, etc)
  • Experience implementing query-folding, incremental refresh, aggregations and other tuning techniques to ensure fast report refreshes and queries.
  • Proven ability to architect star/snowflake schemas and build tabular models or Fabric semantic layers, defining metrics & dimensions that align to business needs
  • Demonstrated track record of collaborating with teams to research processes, translate requirements, and suggest scalable process improvements
  • Experience setting the visualization best practices
  • Experience implementing query-folding, incremental refresh, aggregations and other tuning techniques to ensure fast report refreshes and queries
  • Strong problem-solving ability, strategic thinking and project management to prioritize work effectively and drive measurable efficiency gains
  • Excellent active-listening and written/verbal skills to surface data integrity issues, present insights clearly, and foster stakeholder trust

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $75,000 – $95,000
