About the Role
We are seeking a collaborative and analytical Business Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will deliver strategic financial, operational, and performance insights that help drive decision-making across the company. You will partner closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Logistics, and Buying/Merchandising, while also serving as a key analytical resource for our executive team.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will influence the trajectory of our fast-growing e-commerce business through data-driven insights, forecasting, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Logistics, and Buying/Merchandising by delivering insights that guide decision-making and operational improvements.
- Build, maintain, and present KPI dashboards and reports across the organization (e.g., sales funnel performance, margin/profitability metrics, Customer Support KPIs, fulfillment KPIs).
- Lead and project-manage annual planning processes for GTM teams, including KPI development, compensation modeling, and profitability analytics.
- Analyze financial, operational, and customer data to support strategic recommendations and commercial decision-making.
- Provide proactive insights and reporting on trade performance and commercial pipeline management.
- Own Salesforce reporting, data structure, and change requests in partnership with internal technical resources.
- Develop global sales forecasts informed by historical performance, trends, and market intelligence.
- Maintain SKU-level reporting and forecasting with a 12-month rolling outlook.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify performance drivers and opportunities for optimization.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance on monthly revenue reporting and variance analysis.
- Ensure data integrity across revenue systems and analytics platforms.
- Support business stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses, reporting, and special projects.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related analytical role.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce, service, and sales KPIs and operating metrics.
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills, especially in Google Sheets (or Excel).
- Strong communicator capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for all audiences.
- Proficient with Salesforce, Zoom Phone, Slack, and other revenue/service tools.
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools is a strong plus.
- High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
- Experience supporting GTM teams in a scaling environment is a plus.
