Job Location: Richardson, TX, 75082 (Hybrid – 2 days/week in-office; flexible on days)

Position Focus & Daily Responsibilities:
This role is solely focused on security administration within ERP applications such as PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM, including associated Finance, Supply Chain, and HR systems.
- Acts as a support resource using ServiceNow as the ticketing system
- Responds to user-generated tickets and support requests
- Answers questions and provides application security guidance
- Communicates clearly and effectively with users and team members
- Provides backup and contributes to team-based service delivery
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user and project support for ERP application security
- Analyze and document business/user security needs
- Develop and execute test plans for security changes
- Conduct QA and UAT for new/modified security architecture
- Create general security reports and ad hoc SQL-based reports
- Train users and create documentation and presentation materials
- Ensure security solutions align with SOX audit compliance requirements
- Support security needs for additional applications as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma with relevant experience
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience with ERP system security administration
Technical Skills:
- ERP Systems: PeopleSoft (FSCM, HCM)
- Ticketing Systems: ServiceNow (or similar)
- Reporting/Analysis: SQL scripting for ad hoc and scheduled reports
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong note-taking and documentation ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven customer service skills
- Hands-on experience in application security administration
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
