JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to help support day-to-day NetSuite requests and assist with integrations and implementations for BigCommerce, HubSpot, and Klairy (3PL). This role will partner with internal stakeholders and external implementation teams to help grow and improve our technology stack. While this role will have a strong focus on NetSuite, it will also involve learning to use and help manage these other tools as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES

NetSuite Administration & Support:

• Assist with day-to-day NetSuite support requests across departments and work on internal projects related to NetSuite. Examples of what you'd be expected to help with include:
• Saved searches
• Reports
• Dashboards
• Workflows
• Custom forms, fields and records
• Provide end-user support, training, and “how-to” guidance
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes
• Help with New Release testing semi-annually

Integrations & Systems Support

• Support integrations between NetSuite and key platforms, including:
• eCommerce (BigCommerce)
• Marketing automation (HubSpot)
• 3PL/logistics (Klairy)
• Expense management (Ramp)
• Partner with implementation teams and vendors during system integrations and enhancements
• Assist with data migration
• Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of integration changes, as well as preparation of end user documentation

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and automation
• Help scale systems to support company growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align systems with business processes

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems Management or related field[KS1]
• 2+ years of NetSuite experience (admin or power user)
• Strong experience in NetSuite searches, reports, and customizations
• Understanding of core NetSuite modules (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory)
• Experience with data migration and CSV imports
• Experience in a multi-subsidiary environment

Preferred

• Experience supporting or working with integrations
• SuiteScript experience is a huge plus - but not required
• Familiarity with one or more of:
• BigCommerce
• HubSpot
• 3PL/WMS systems
• Power BI
• NetStock
• RF Smart
• NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFoundation)

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical users
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
