We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Azure and data platforms. Ideal for professionals who enjoy bridging the gap between business and tech in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and map As-Is vs To-Be processes, define use cases and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
- Support the development of platforms transitioning from SQL to Azure Databricks/PySpark.
- Participate in defining project scope, deliverables, and solution validation.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, and SQL Server.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
