🔹 About the Role
The Province of New Brunswick – Department of Health is seeking an experienced CIS Clinical Business Analyst (Documentation) to support a long-term clinical standardization initiative.
This is a remote position, however candidates must be able to travel to New Brunswick at least once per month throughout the project duration.
🔹 Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
✔ Conduct detailed review of existing business requirements
✔ Collaborate with clinical experts to gather insights for developing and refining clinical standards
✔ Design and facilitate validation sessions for existing requirements and identify new business & IT requirements (including gap analysis)
✔ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials
✔ Perform in-depth analysis of business and client requirements to support development, deployment, and operations
✔ Recommend, implement, and monitor solutions to achieve project objectives
✔ Build, validate, and test clinical content within the CIS
✔ Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation
✔ Support stakeholder communication and change management activities
