Compliance Data Analyst

Compliance Data Analyst (Contract) | SQL • Python/R • Tableau/Power BI

We’re looking for a Compliance Data Analyst (Contractor) to help strengthen regulatory and internal policy adherence through data-driven monitoring, reporting, and process automation. You’ll partner closely with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering teams to support continuous compliance across systems.

What you’ll do

• Analyze large, complex datasets to support regulatory and compliance obligations
• Create meaningful data groupings and categorizations (Org, LOB, sub-LOB, etc.)
• Help define and propose access control structures/files based on data segmentation
• Maintain and improve compliance datasets and supporting documentation
• Collaborate on monitoring and continuous compliance processes
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports to track key compliance metrics

What we’re looking for

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for analysis
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for reporting/visualization
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related field
• Around 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with database management and report creation
