What You´ll Do
- Collaborate with Walmart replenishment, Sales & Demand Planning on store level and GRS (top line) forecasts.
- Monitor daily/weekly in-stock. Determine root cause for in-stock issue and provide store level recommendations to correct.
- Monitor Walmart ordering patterns (review orders daily), in-stock/out of stock, fill rate, on-time delivery, returns, mis-ship & lead time review.
- Align any inventory recommendations with demand/supply chain team on any additional demand of product resulting from promotional inventory recommendations.
- Monitor service level & communicate issues/back in-stock dates to Walmart.
- Investigate and validate supply chain penalties/deductions.
- Run ad hoc reports, analyze and communicate findings both internally and externally as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate new item launch and item discontinuation with Replenishment, Sales and Supply Chain.
- Lead the implementation of customer initiatives.
- Timely and accurate communication of any issue impacting the business is critical.
- Proactively identify and prepare recommendations for opportunities preventing high store in-stock or inaccurate days of supply according to the customerâs standards (i.e. store forecast corrections, feature event planning and modular changes).
- Review past event performance & collaborate with Sales on future promotional forecasts & pallet display support needed.
- Proactively identify sales trends and provide forecast adjustments to maintain availability & WOS targets.
What makes you a good fit
- College degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience
- 5+ yearsâ experience in a consumer product environment (Walmart preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to influence outcomes and decisions through communication, data and collaboration
- Retail Link experience
- Knowledge of SAP also helpful

The salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $105,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
