Job Description:
We are urgently hiring Data Analysts / Python Developers with strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Informatica. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and engineering teams to transform raw data into actionable insights and help maintain critical data workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets
✅ Build scalable data pipelines and workflows using Python
✅ Collaborate with BI, engineering, and business teams for reporting and insights
✅ Validate, clean, and ensure quality of data used for analytics
✅ Understand and assist with Informatica-based data integrations
✅ Troubleshoot data issues and contribute to root cause analysis
Required Skills:
✔️ 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Developer
✔️ Strong SQL and Python programming skills
✔️ Working knowledge of Informatica (hands-on experience preferred)
✔️ Experience with data profiling, validation, and cleansing techniques
✔️ Solid understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
✔️ Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred:
🎯 Prior experience working in financial or mortgage domain
🎯 Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
