While Yu-Gi-Oh! has always been our foundation, we’re expanding into exciting new titles like Pokémon, One Piece, Riftbound, and Disney Lorcana. Our Long Island City store serves as the heart of our community, hosting tournaments, events, and gatherings that bring players together both in person and online.

About the Role:

The Data Analyst owns performance tracking, reporting, and our data visualization company-wide (Sales, Commerce, Marketing). This role ensures that our company's growth is measurable, attributable, and economically healthy in support of audience growth and revenue targets. The Data Analyst will also collaborate with executive leadership cross-departmentally.

This role is full-time, on-site from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, and reports to the Director of Marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage analytical practices across HubSpot, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Looker Studios, Shopify, and native social media analytics
  • Own attribution models and KPI architecture across revenue (AOV, gross margin, contribution margin), audience growth, engagement
  • Partner with channel leads to interpret performance and recommend action
  • Enforce UTM standards across all channels and campaigns
  • Monitor risk signals (creative fatigue, attribution gaps, margin erosion)
  • Prepare executive-level reporting for leadership and planning cycles
  • Provide actionable insights that support budget allocation and decision-making
  • Support forecasting and flagship planning

  • Qualifications

    • 3-5+ years in Growth Analytics or RevOps
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Big Data, Data Mining, or other related field
    • Deep knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker Studios, Shopify, Sprout Social, SQL, and social media platform analytics
    • Strong experience with attribution, dashboards, and KPI frameworks
    • Advanced knowledge of revenue and social media performance KPIs/metrics
    • Ability to communicate effectively and translate data into clear business recommendations for various stakeholders
    • Experience supporting multi-channel commerce or retail businesses preferred
    • Familiarity/enthusiasm for PokĂ©mon or other TCG products preferred
