💼 Role: Data Analyst
⏳ Duration: 09/15/2025 – 09/14/2026
💲 Tax Term: W2 only
💲 Work Authorization: US Citizen Only
🧑‍💻 Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

🔑 Note: Only local candidates from WA or VA will be considered

🔹 Responsibilities:
Build & maintain scalable dashboards and reports to provide clear business insights
Gather & integrate complex data from multiple sources; identify new data inputs
Collaborate with Data Engineers & stakeholders to assess needs and deliver solutions
Improve data quality processes (frequency, normalization, automation, validation)
Perform requirements gathering, data analysis, and report building
Support multiple business lanes with flexibility and strong communication

🔹 Required Skills:
10+ years of relevant experience in Data Analysis & Reporting
Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to perform root-cause analysis
Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation (preferred)
Excellent communication & documentation skills
