🔍 What you'll do:
📊 Clean, reformat & validate employee, payroll & benefits data
🔍 Audit & reconcile data across legacy and new platforms
🤝 Collaborate with internal teams & occasionally with clients
⚙️ Configure systems, manage templates & optimize workflows

💡 Must-haves:
✅ 3+ years in data migration for US-based businesses
✅ Expert in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, nested formulas)
✅ Intermediate SQL knowledge
✅ Fluent English (B+ or higher)
✅ Detail-oriented & organized multitasker

✨ Nice-to-haves:
⭐ Experience with Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, ADP, etc.
⭐ Familiarity with payroll, HR, and accounting workflows
⭐ AI tools experience or engineering background
