What you will be doing:

• Data Strategy & Planning: Define and lead the PLM data strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements. Provide thought leadership on SAP PLM data management, industry trends, and SAP innovations. Conduct data source inventory and assess current data quality. Establish mapping, migration readiness, and remediation plans.
• Data Migration & Execution: Manage data staging, cleansing, enrichment, and ETL processes to support migration and operational readiness. Lead test migrations and pre/post-migration validation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and system integrity. Select and implement appropriate SAP and partner migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Migration Cockpit).
• Data Governance & Quality: Establish and enforce data ownership, stewardship, and accountability frameworks. Define data quality standards, validation rules, and completeness checks aligned with GxP and CSV requirements. Support development of data quality analytics and reporting tools.
• Data Lifecycle Management: Design and implement strategies for data creation, maintenance, obsolescence, and archiving within SAP PLM. Ensure lifecycle processes meet regulatory standards and support traceability and auditability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional business and IT teams to ensure data solutions meet operational and compliance needs. Facilitate alignment across global teams and ensure scalable, flexible data practices.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and data governance policies. Promote adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards in data management.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience with SAP PLM Recipe Development, including Specifications, Recipes, and BOMs.
• Proven expertise in ETL and SAP S/4HANA data migration processes.
• Proficiency with SAP migration tools (e.g., Migration Cockpit, BODS); experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality frameworks, and metadata management.
• Experience with GxP and CSV systems in regulated industries (e.g., food, beverage, cosmetics, pharma).
• Excellent problem-solving skills in SAP system troubleshooting and optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
