We are seeking a Data Analyst! Central OH Join our Team! Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. The Data Analyst supports data-driven decision making across the agency by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key operational, clinical, and financial metrics. This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of data used for regulatory reporting, quality improvement, and strategic planning. The Data Analyst plays a vital role in helping the organization evaluate program outcomes, monitor performance, and demonstrate the impact of behavioral health and integrated care services.

Essential Functions

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple electronic systems (EHR, HR, finance, population health platforms, etc.) to support internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Identify data quality issues and collaborate with IT and program staff to resolve discrepancies or gaps.
  • Support agency initiatives related to performance measurement, quality improvement, and outcomes evaluation.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to funders, payors, and regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, HRSA, ODBH, ADAMH boards)
  • Provide data insights to inform decision-making, program design, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define key performance indicators and ensure data is aligned with agency goals and strategic priorities.
  • Train staff on interpreting and using data effectively for program management and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards in all data handling and reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports that communicate trends and outcomes to leadership and program teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Health, Health Information Management, or a related field required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in data reporting and analysis, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or a nonprofit setting, is required
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, including PowerBI.
  • Working knowledge of EHR systems and healthcare data structures (claims, encounters, diagnosis codes).
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of behavioral health metrics, quality improvement frameworks, and compliance requirements preferred.
