Pay Rate: Up to $64.73/hour (W2 only)
About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the Growth & Data team in driving customer and product insights. The role will focus on analyzing revenue and engagement programs, running A/B test analytics, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve customer experience. This position requires strong analytical expertise, hands-on experience with large datasets, and proficiency in data visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities • Drive analytics for revenue and engagement programs, including A/B tests, by analyzing results and communicating insights. • Partner with product managers to understand product and customer behavior, and recommend strategies to enhance engagement. • Act as a specialist in stitching and calibrating sparse and noisy data across multiple data sources. • Support ad-hoc analysis needs to uncover customer behavior trends. • Build reporting frameworks and self-service tools for business stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Analytics, Go-To-Market, and Engineering.
Required Skills & Experience • 4–5 years of experience in a data science or data analytics role. • Proven expertise in hypothesis testing and A/B test analysis. • Strong SQL/Hive skills with experience managing large datasets. • Hands-on experience with Databricks. • Advanced skills in developing dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools. • High attention to detail with ability to QA and reconcile multiple data sources. • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability. • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Education • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Analytics/Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. • Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
