Peregrine Team is hiring an Data Analyst to support a leading hospital in Orange County, CA. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role offering full benefits and a competitive hourly rate. The schedule is Monday–Friday onsite in Newport Beach, CA. MUST BE LOCATED IN ORANGE COUNTY.
About the Role:
The Data Analyst will manage and optimize enterprise-level HR systems supporting 10,000+ employees. This position emphasizes data governance, cross-functional collaboration, and system integrity across platforms such as Lawson, SuccessFactors, and Paylocity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and configure HRIS platforms, including Lawson, SuccessFactors, and Paylocity
- Create custom reports and dashboards to support HR, compliance, and executive needs
- Perform regular audits and data validation to ensure data integrity and support system migrations
- Own corrective action tracking, LOA management, and position code maintenance
- Act as a data steward, standardizing access and usage protocols across HR systems
- Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and IT teams to align workflows and resolve discrepancies
- Manage ticketing workflows (e.g., Zendesk) for position updates and cross-system alignment
- Support system upgrades, documentation, end-user training, and ad hoc reporting
- Monitor system performance and recommend process or technology improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field
- Experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role in a large or healthcare organization
- Hands-on experience with Lawson, SuccessFactors, Paylocity, or comparable HRIS platforms
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting tools
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data workflows
- Familiarity with VPNs, data security, and basic server administration (preferred)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
