Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc health management reports.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality, timely reporting.
- Create benchmark data and support analytical tools using SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI.
- Consolidate and analyze data for business reporting and decision-making.
- Maintain data integrity and apply best practices in data stewardship.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues in partnership with relevant teams.
- Stay current with data technologies and organizational data usage.
- Provide exceptional service aligned with Lockton’s values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Insurance, or Economics.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; familiarity with Tableau and Power BI preferred.
- Experience with claims data, CPT, and ICD-10 codes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present to all organizational levels.
- Effectively manage multiple projects while delivering innovative and efficient solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data sources, workflows, formulas, and resulting outputs.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project ownership.
