Are you a rising data pro who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments? We’re urgently hiring for a Data & Campaign Analyst to join a powerhouse marketing operations team at a nationally recognized brand.
🚀 What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
Your work fuels massive direct-mail campaigns reaching 30M+ households monthly. You’ll:
Build and troubleshoot SQL queries to pull and reconcile campaign data
Use Python scripts and Excel to streamline targeting, segmentation, and mail package assignment
Own and update Power BI dashboards tied to daily sales performance
Use Power Automate (for now) to run cross-tool processes (think Smartsheet, Excel, etc.)
Collaborate with Creative, Ops, IT, and Marketing Analytics teams to support campaign delivery
Shadow and back up the Senior Campaign Analyst to ensure continuity
🧠 Core Tech Stack (Must-Have):
✅ SQL (Redshift or similar)
✅ Python (in VS Code or PyCharm)
✅ Power BI (dashboard maintenance + build)
✅ Excel (deep, not surface-level use)
🧰 Nice-to-Haves (Teachables):
Power Automate (interim usage, phasing out soon)
Adobe Campaign
Salesforce or MarTech ecosystem exposure
Familiarity with ChatGPT or other GenAI tooling in a work setting
💥 Ideal Fit:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in data or marketing analytics
Comfortable working with very large datasets and high-visibility campaigns
Strong communicator who’s comfortable working cross-functionally
Bonus points if you enjoy solving messy problems and untangling data spaghetti
