Key Responsibilities
Data & Compliance Management
- Accurately manage and enter final event financial information into the company’s Cvent platform.
- Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain and update event documentation (e.g., hotel contracts, invoices, vendor records).
- Stay current on regulations and guidelines related to pharmaceutical corporate events.
Quality Controls & Reporting
- Ensure program data is managed in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of data entry, planner outreach (via Smartsheet), and event documentation.
- Conduct regular quality checks on activity to confirm completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Collaborate with M&E teams and external agency partners to support program close-out in a compliant manner.
- Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders regarding close-out status and progress.
- Support the development and maintenance of SOPs, processes, and templates for Cvent data entry.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience with a strong focus on data entry within Cvent and budget modules.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical event compliance and data management best practices preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet and other documentation tools is an advantage.
