At a glance:

This is a junior-level advertising agency position providing day-to-day Digital Video media execution across CTV (Connected TV), OLV (Online Video) and other forms of video. This individual will work within our Programmatic & Digital Video teams, and collaborate across departments at our Agency, playing a key role representing the digital video channel with our clients.

What does a Digital Video Assistant Specialist do at Rain the Growth Agency?

Execute day-to-day digital video advertising asks

  • Trafficking, setup, and optimizations
  • Effectively comb through data to provide clear analysis
  • Operate within DSPs and additional ad tech vendors
  • Collaborate with the Senior Specialists and Supervisors on the Digital Video team, and our Programmatic, Analytics and Ad Ops teams

Work alongside your team lead on the planning, research, structure, and implementation of digital video campaigns from start to finish

  • Perform daily spend pacing and performance checks
  • Traffick creatives and placements to ensure they are running correctly across publishers/creatives/3P measurement
  • Constantly monitor campaign performance and pacing, looking for optimization opportunities using a methodical framework to achieve goals and maximize results
  • Coordination and report delivery of campaign results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Take a cooperative role in the utilization and evolution of standard operating procedures and digital video marketing practices across the agency
  • Be strategic in everything you do; work with your teams to assist in growing your clients’ business

What do we look for in a Digital Video Assistant Specialist at our agency?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of hands-on digital programmatic media execution experience within multiple DSPs
  • Certifications across Double Verify, Google Campaign Manager, and any of the major DSPs (TTD, Amazon, etc.) are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with reporting, tracking, and developing campaign insights
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with an eye for detail
