🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst (Advanced) to join our client’s Finance team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with senior leadership, providing financial insights, reporting, and forecasting that directly impact business strategy and performance.
✅ What You’ll Do
Provide expert analysis and advice to VPs and their teams on NIE and FTE.
Prepare quarterly forecasts, annual plans/5YO, and monthly estimates.
Partner with business leaders to develop cost allocation methodologies.
Support Group Finance Advisor with trend analysis and executive reporting.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial reporting and cost allocations.
Prepare and submit monthly journal entries and SOD requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Manage ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Strong financial reporting & analysis background with cost management experience.
Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Hands-on experience with EPM (Cognos TM1).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to build relationships across the bank.
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to change.
Nice-to-Have:
Designation (CA, CMA, CGA, MBA, CFA, or equivalent).
5–10 years’ experience within a major financial institution (ideally Big 5 Bank).
Knowledge of banking products and processes.

Hours: 37.5 per week (no regular overtime)
