Financial Analyst

Johnson Controls is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Corporate IT FP&A team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings.

What you’ll do:
✔ Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and plans
✔ Monitor monthly performance and address inconsistencies
✔ Develop financial models for planning and cost optimization
✔ Partner with IT cost center owners and senior leadership to deliver actionable insights

What we’re looking for:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred)
✅ 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in Corporate IT or SG&A
✅ Advanced Excel skills and experience with OneStream & SAP
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred location is Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid) or Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid).
