Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Portage, WI 53901
Duration: 3+ Months (Extension)
Qualifications:
- Specific duties will encompass providing cost analysis, standard cost establishment, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- This position is responsible for all aspects of cost accounting including variance analysis and month-end closing. Provide staff and
- divisional management, accurate and timely information that will assist them in monitoring performance in order to reach company established goals and objectives.
- Complete specially assigned projects by the Site Controller/Staff as required.
- In addition to broad accounting knowledge, the incumbent should possess some familiarity with or have the skills and the ability to learn to become familiar with the accounting and ERP manufacturing processes systems.
- A comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
- The Financial Analyst communicates with several levels of personnel both verbally and in writing, so these skills must be effective.
- People must have strong interpersonal skills. 2+ years of manufacturing experience related to cost accounting and financial reporting preferred.

Qualifications:
- Practical/Technical/Digital Knowledge
- Description Required/Preferred
- Accounting manufacturing experience Required
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience with product structures and routings Preferred
- Strong ability to analyze financial data and trends Required
- Proficiency in financial concepts and math Required
- Experience with analytics tools and software, such as SQL and Excel. Required
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis Required
