Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term financial models, capital expenditure forecasts, and debt service plans
- Support cash management strategy and manage investments in compliance with governance policies
- Prepare and deliver financial reporting for management, shareholders, noteholders, and regulatory agencies
- Analyze financial trends, variances, and performance to support business decisions
- Support the operating and capital budgeting process by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Assist in scenario planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, financial systems optimization, and documentation of financial procedures
- Lead or support special projects assigned by the Director of Finance or senior leadership
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in financial modeling, reporting, cash management, and budgeting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle e-Business Suite or similar ERP preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP; utility or regulated industry experience is a plus
- A proactive mindset, with a passion for data integrity and financial accuracy
