Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team, focusing on revenue analytics, operational reporting, and strategic planning. This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision making across our SaaS organization, with particular emphasis on recurring revenue metrics, robust reporting, and cross-functional partnership with all teams across the organization. This role will focus on strategic financial planning, forecasting, and delivering actionable insights to company leadership. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on, detail-driven professional who thrives in complexity and is motivated by solving challenges with precision and structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Analytics & Reporting:
  • Lead comprehensive ARR reporting initiatives including detailed product-specific analysis, cohort analytics, and customer segmentation to provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reporting infrastructure to ensure reliable revenue metrics and advance reporting capabilities across the organization
  • Track and analyze customer movement data, providing detailed insights into expansion, contraction, and churn patterns
  • Build and maintain key SaaS metrics dashboards including P&L tracking, ARR progression, run rate analysis, and CARR-adjusted EBITDA reporting

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Drive quarterly business review processes including P&L preparation, variance analysis, and management commentary
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes, including revenue projections, expense planning, and headcount modeling to support strategic business decisions
  • Support annual planning cycles and rolling forecasts with emphasis on revenue forecasting and scenario modeling
  • Develop and maintain services revenue demand and capacity forecasting models to optimize resource allocation
  • Build, maintain, and automate financial models and dashboards that deliver timely insights and performance reporting to business stakeholders.

Cross-functional Partnership:

  • Serve as finance business partner to Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Tech Ops organizations
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to enhance Salesforce data quality and reporting capabilities
  • Work closely with CSx leadership on renewal tracking initiatives and customer retention strategies

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2-6 years of financial analysis experience,
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and CRM analytics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
